Welcome to Tails & Tubs Pet Grooming salon located at 1117 N Woods St Sherman, Texas. I'm excited to pamper your furry friend! Here’s everything you need to know about booking an appointment and my salon policies to ensure a smooth and happy experience for everyone.
Can't make the trip to my salon? That's okay I can come to you! Travel fees apply for mobile/in-client home services.
Two ways to book:
Option 1 ideal for new clients: Fill out the form below by uploading your pets valid rabies vaccination paperwork, let me know what service you're looking for, the breed and size of your pet, and valid email and phone number. Once you've submitted your pets rabies paperwork and information feel free to pay your deposit and book online via my Square Appointments.
Option 2 ideal for established clients: Click a service, date/time on my Calendly scheduling app below, then provide valid contact information, pet details, and make sure you've provided me with valid rabies vaccination ppaperwork for your pet, and I will confirm your appointment shortly after.

Important guidelines for your visit
To help me provide the best experience for your pet, please let me know if this is their first grooming appointment or if they have any anxiety or behavioral issues. I specialize in pets with anxiety and ensure a calm environment with no crating and no stacked appointments. It's also ideal for pets to have gone potty before their appointment, so I suggest a walk around the block or to a nearby park beforehand. This can greatly improve their overall experience at Tails & Tubs Pet Grooming.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
I understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment without incurring a fee. However, if you reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will apply. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows me to continue providing dedicated "with your pet from drop-off to pick-up" service.
